Work principle:

HT399 E-light beauty machine combines IPL and bipolar radio frequency technologies into one machine. It is convinced by scientific authority that IPL + RF combination can consolidate and strengthen the treatment effects for each other.

IPL light can radiate through skin surface upto dermal layer where the light is absorbed instantly by target tissues like abnormal pigment cells, hair follicles and dilated capillary vessels making them burst, then shrunken.
